Photographer Todd Selby is back with his new book Edible Selby this time he is focusing his lens on the kitchens, gardens, homes, and restaurants of more than 40 of the most creative and dynamic figures from Copenhagen to Tokyo working in the culinary world today.

Last week he was in Amsterdam for a book signing and for this occasion I teamed up with the American Book Center, who kindly offered a copy to hand out to one of the readers of my blog.
