Vogue is having a Fashion Night on September 13 in collaboration with the Bijenkorf, one of  Amsterdam biggest and most beautiful stores. What an amazing shop window at the Bijenkorf this is. I love the reflection of the houses in the window.... those are the moments I love living the city live.

Yesterday I made some pictures at Hudson River, a shop in the center of Amsterdam filled with vintage furniture and Americana... The perfect place if you love huge metal industrial signs and  other unusual furniture and decoration for your home. It is also the address to shop stars like I have on my kitchen wall! Simon Lee en Solenne de la Fouchardiere lived in Paris but when they came across this old factory they moved to London. The Loft apartment on the top floor of an old sewing factory, is raw and industrial but with flee market finds, design classic and a little French touch that I spot, it has become a warm place to live in. This home must have gone all over the internet for a year or two mayby... but if I see a home that suits me and my blog I can't help myself ....

Last Sunday I went to the  DaWanda NL Design market at the Meininger Hotel in Amsterdam. We were invited to join their blogmeeting and it was great to see some of the bloggers again and have a little chat in the sun.I bought a nice concrete bowl and some paper present bags from Betonscherepapier *. DaWanda is an online marketplace for handmade design and from last week online in Holland. 100 rooms at the Meininger Hotel turned into small DaWanda design shops. There were lots of different designers and I think something for every ones taste.




We are Sarah and Dinah of Studio Lilesadi. We founded in February 2011 in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. When Dinah came to live here as well we knew the moment had finally come to start with our dream of an own label! 

The name Lilesadi consists of our forenames of Dinah Lisa and Sarah Lena. We share the same passion of bringing pureness and poesy in chaotic everyday life. We would describe our style as a fushion between floral and graphic, minimal and poetic. Lilesadi is cooperating with companies such as wallpaper producer Photowall, but we love to produce a tiny collection of cushions and accessoires ourselves.
