The story starts when Naruto managed to beat one of Pein, and realize
the coming of God Pein Naruto. Naruto then began to attack Pein and Pein started to use its power (Shinra Tensei) and the second naruto bounced far enough away from Pein. Third Gama also attacked Pein, but Pein managed to escape. Katsuyu God Pein said that if the power is back, but he said that Naruto can not use regular attacks straingh.Katsuyu says if Choji succeed know that Pein had time 5 seconds before using the technique again, and Naruto had to use it.
